Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, programs, products, or services. By accessing or using any part of our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Disclaimer

All coaching, educational materials, and wellness content provided by Vickie Padavano Coaching, LLC are intended for informational and self-development purposes only. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Our work is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before making any changes to your medications, treatment plans, or health routines.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. By working with us, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required in full or via an agreed-upon payment plan to begin services. All payments are processed securely via third-party platforms.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital and energetic nature of our services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific program.

If you have concerns about your experience, please reach out to discuss a resolution.

4. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that your results depend on your own participation, effort, and willingness to engage with the material and coaching process. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

By entering into a coaching relationship, you take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, choices, and actions.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared in coaching sessions is kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. However, confidentiality may be broken if:

You are at risk of harming yourself or others

Required by law or court order

You give written permission to share your information

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, tools, videos, meditations, and workbooks are the property of Vickie Padavano Coaching, LLC and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or share any materials without express written permission.

You may download and use materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive communications including appointment reminders, wellness tips, updates, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in our emails or replying "STOP" to text messages.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations may be forfeited or subject to a fee, depending on the agreement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate coaching services at any time for inappropriate conduct, non-payment, or if we feel our work together is no longer aligned. You may also end coaching at any time, with no further financial obligation beyond what was agreed upon.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after such updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
